Having spent 20 years working professionally in theatre, ritual and performance, she now specialise in guiding people to work with Life Force Energy through sound, ritual, kundalini yoga and meditation… inviting the human to explore every aspect of their being in every realm and dimension.
With Sound Healing practice, she offers individual sessions, workshops, and group sound baths using a variety of instruments such as crystal singing bowls and gongs. Passionate about sharing the transformative power of Sound and helping people connect with their inner selves through the healing vibrations of sound.
